The course trains students to face the camera with confidence and portray a character with conviction. Students will explore ways an actor can believably inhabit a role, for advertisements, film, soap opera or television; and will get to test their skills in a live shooting environment, which they can keep as their demo reels. The students are also taught how to tackle auditions successfully. We provide our acting students with as much practical film set experience as possible. Our Acting for Film and Screenplay writing and Direction programs work hand-in-hand, providing all of our acting and film students resources such as film equipment, live film shoots, and a network of filmmakers, screenwriters, producers, and editors that is developed before entering the real world.
